A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from Luxury Chauffeurs specifying your journey details, vehicle, date, time, and applicable terms. Verbal or informal confirmations do not constitute a confirmed booking. Passengers should not make irreversible travel arrangements without written booking confirmation.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete journey details including pickup address, destination, date, time, number of passengers, luggage requirements, flight number (for airport transfers), and any special requirements. Luxury Chauffeurs accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the passenger.
Your chauffeur will arrive at the agreed pickup location at the agreed time. Waiting time beyond the agreed period may be subject to additional charges. Passengers are advised to allow sufficient time for luggage collection, access, and vehicle boarding.
For airport transfer bookings, please provide your flight number, terminal, arrival or departure details, and any meet and greet requirements at the time of booking. The chauffeur will aim to be present at the appropriate location at the agreed time. Any changes to flight details should be notified to us as soon as possible. Meet and greet services are available on request and subject to airport regulations and availability.
Where a flight number has been provided, we will endeavour to monitor your flight and adjust pickup timing where possible and reasonably practicable, subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability. Luxury Chauffeurs cannot guarantee flight monitoring in all circumstances. In the event of a significant delay, please contact us directly. Extended waiting time may be subject to additional charges.
Passenger and luggage capacity varies by vehicle type. It is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle requested is suitable for the number of passengers and the amount of luggage you intend to carry. Capacity information on this Website is provided as a guide only and should be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline transport if the agreed capacity is exceeded.
We will endeavour to provide the vehicle type you have requested where it has been confirmed in writing. In exceptional circumstances, a suitable alternative vehicle of equivalent or superior specification may be provided. Exact vehicle model, colour, or specification may vary.
Our chauffeurs are professionally trained, fully licensed, and DBS checked. Your chauffeur will conduct themselves professionally at all times. For the safety of all passengers, our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse to complete a journey if they believe the safety of the vehicle or passengers is at risk. Seat belts must be worn at all times where available.
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or endangers the safety of the chauffeur or vehicle will result in immediate termination of the journey. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to a vehicle by a passenger.
Special requests such as child seats, accessibility requirements, specific route preferences, or in-vehicle amenities are accepted subject to availability and must be communicated at the time of booking. We will endeavour to accommodate all reasonable special requests but cannot guarantee fulfilment of every request.
Corporate clients may be offered account-based booking arrangements subject to separate account terms and conditions. All corporate bookings are subject to these Terms unless a separate corporate agreement is in place. Purchase orders, account references, or travel manager instructions may be required for invoiced corporate travel.
Wedding and event chauffeur bookings may be subject to additional terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation conditions due to the time-specific and non-transferable nature of these services. Please discuss your requirements with our team at the time of enquiry.
Long-distance UK chauffeur journeys including city-to-city travel and multi-stop itineraries are available subject to booking and availability. Journey times are estimated and may be affected by traffic, road conditions, or other factors outside our control. We will not be liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellations and amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the service type and the notice period provided. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking.
Luxury Chauffeurs will not be liable for failure to perform or delays in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, road accidents, roadworks, traffic, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, or acts of God (force majeure events).
